Project Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time. However, cancellation terms depend on the project stage and work completed.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you cancel within 24 hours of project initiation and before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees (typically 3-5%).

Cancellation After Work Begins

If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • Work completed and approved by the client
  • Time and resources already invested
  • Third-party costs incurred (hosting, domains, APIs)

Cancellation by Sandror Technologies

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • Client fails to provide necessary project information
  • Client requests work outside our scope or capabilities
  • Client violates our terms of service
  • Payment disputes or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be provided minus any completed work and incurred costs.

How to Cancel

To cancel your project, send an email to hello@sandror.com with:

  • Your project details and order number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred refund method

Consulting Services

Consulting services can be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Utilized hours are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
